Timeline and Hours of Work:
Work has been reduced to final phases of clean-up work; personnel currently limited to equipment operators.
Tapering of pace to ensure budget requirements are met as project nears completion.
Summary of Work Plan
Equipment:
Caterpillar 3.5 ton mini-excavator / 14’ dump trailer
Kubota Tractor Forwarder / Self-loading trailer
BC1200XL Wood chipper / 1-ton dump truck
Pioneer 520 UTV
Self-Loading Log Truck / Short hauler
Concluding Phases:
Syfchuck will spend July 17, 2026 forwarding firewood logs from the western corridors to their destination.
Loki tree crews will schedule one further day for patrolling the site to clean up the following:
cut high stumps and swamp remaining random chunks
rake and gather small accumulations of sticks and fine fuels for transport as waste
buck flat and finesse some of the CWD, and rehab trails where possible
Load remaining firewood rounds
Loki recruits will use their seasonal wildfire orientation day to provide some courtesy services such as:
Bucking and loading remaining firewood at landing
Delivering bucked firewood to residents who were initially promised
Large volume of logging slash underneath the pulp and firewood at the landing requires clean-up
Hand-piled burned piles require ignition and consumption in the Fall/Winter of 2026

Free mulch loads delivered within community: 29
